This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms:

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my Shipping and Delivery options?

In-Person Pickup: In-person pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available after 5pm. You will receive an order confirmation with pickup instructions included. Please do not arrive at the pickup spot until order confirmation and instructions provided. We require order number or confirmation email at pickup time.
Shipping Fees: If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

Standard National Shipping (within Canada)

Estimated Delivery time of 5-7 Business Days

Standard Local Shipping

Estimated Delivery time of 2-5 Business Days

*All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Once you order is processed and packed, you will receive a shipment notice confirming the package has been delivered to the courier service.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
